Refund policy

Due to COVID, We currently DO NOT offer returns or refunds on any products or item. 

Please email us at orders@joiresspastudio.com for any questions or concerns about returning your items if you received an incorrect package.  Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.

We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Please allow 7-10 days after items have been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. 

CONDITIONS: 

  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN , UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE, UNUSED AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED
  • NO VISIBLE MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITEMS
